Catbalogan City’s Oldest Tree

We will open the book. Its pages are blank.
We are going to put words on them ourselves.
The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day.

My 2011 year-ender photograph, Catbalogan’s oldest tree.
Another year will be added to this magnific, century-old ‘Balete’ tree, located in Brgy. Iguid, Catbalogan City, Samar.

    Wow. Amazing detail on the tree.

    Love that you chose a “centurion” to set off the new year and a Happy New Year to you too!
